Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing; international delivery times vary by destination and customs handling. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Shipping fees, when applicable, are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
Returns & refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund of the product price. Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost — please include a photo with your request.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information needed to process your order and respond to your inquiries: name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order details. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through the contact form.
